In the case of plain text the charge allows for checking that all links are working, handling all removal requests, providing a report* 2-3 days after job showing how many emails were successfully delivered, and how many were opened. See below for more info.
In the case of an HTML email the charge allows for all the above plus the conversion of artwork supplied to HTML, design of an HTML ad from raw copy (if required), creation of a ‘Send More Info’ Coupon and a ‘Thank You’ note, if necessary. The exact charge will be confirmed once we know your precise requirements.

If you were to contractually send 50,000 emails week over 4 weeks (during a calendar month) your total send for the month would be 200,000 so that your mailing cost would be £9 per 1,000 emails sent, as opposed to £15 per 1,000 for a single send of 50,000. |
