If you have doubts about the effectiveness of email broadcasting and would prefer a ‘results based’ campaign (where we assume the risk) then, subject to your product or service qualifying then we may consider undertaking your email shot along the following lines.
Any results based campaign has three price points, all of which are integral to the campaign. These are:
- Opens. These are the people who received the email shot and actually took the trouble to open and read whatever it is that we sent on your behalf. The open rates are quite low given the huge amount of spam that clutters up email boxes these days. This makes it difficult for legitimate marketing messages to get noticed which means that with few exceptions, open rates can be between 2% - 5% of a total mailing. Under a results based mailing we provide you with the contact details of everyone who opens your email so that you can contact further in your own way – either by phone or email.
- Click
Through to your website or a phone call to you. Here we can provide you with the details of everyone who actually visited your website. We also provide you with a dedicated phone number specifically for the campaign so you know how many calls were received. On a results based campaign using a phone number is optional but if you do wish to put a number in your flyer then it must be one supplied by us.
- Form Filling. With few exceptions, with every broadcast undertaken we normally provide an Enquiry Form which we host ‘behind the scenes’. To see an example of a typical email and associated enquiry form please click on the link below. As soon as someone has made an enquiry and hit submit button they will get an automatic response message (auto-responder) thanking them for their enquiry and providing additional information.
To se this whole process in action we invite you to follow the trail on the link below, including the filling out of the form – and everything will fall into place for you. Here is the link:
